Medical Records (Required for free 2nd Opinion Exam)
Diagnostic X-rays, Lab Work and Treatment Plan from Previous Vets (important for free 2nd Opinion Exam)
Don’t forget to bring a list of questions, concerns and any other information about your pet that you want to discuss.
Don’t limit yourself to the primary reason for your visit!
